How do I enroll in Self-Exclusion?

TIME OUT OHIO - Voluntary Self-exclusion means that your account will remain closed for a minimum period of 12 months, and will not be reactivated under any circumstances during the exclusion period (unlike a standard account closure request). A person who has enrolled in Internet Gaming self-exclusion, has otherwise been excluded from Internet Gaming or prohibited from certain Internet Gaming activities and individuals who are under the age of 21, shall not participate in Internet Gaming activities and will have their winnings forfeited and Internet Gaming accounts suspended upon violation.
