Currently, we have the following Withdraw Methods available:
- PayPal
- VIP Preferred ACH/eCheck
- Play+
- Skrill
- Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) - NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE MADE A DEPOSIT WITH THE DEBIT CARD YOU WANT TO WITHDRAW TO IN ORDER TO UTILIZE THIS METHOD OF WITHDRAW
- Check By Mail – Contact Customer Support if your mailing address doesn’t match your account address.
NOTE: In order to withdraw with a Debit Card, PayPal or Skrill you must first deposit with these methods.
To initiate a Withdrawal, login to your account then navigate to the ‘My Account’ tab (Locations: on Web: Top Right, on iOS: Bottom Center, on Android: Top Left Hamburger Menu). Select the ‘Banking’ section.
From here, you will simply select the method of withdraw you prefer and complete the form.
Note: In order to withdraw with a debit card, Paypal or Skrill, you must first deposit with that method. It will not appear as a withdraw method until you have done so.
On iOS and Android, select the 'Withdrawal' section from the menu. On Web, scroll down until you see 'Withdrawal'. Then fill out the applicable form to complete your withdrawal request.
