Player Accounts may freeze for a variety of reasons , but most commonly, the account is locked due to 3 or more failed login attempts for security reasons.
When this occurs, you will be sent an email that contains a button to unfreeze your account. Simply locate the email sent, and click the button. You will see a confirmation popup once your account is unfrozen.
